Kicking myself for not applying because now I’m back in the AMI category for 130% and would have CB preference…

Sven has no CB preference but yeah I feel u atleast now you qualify for other 130 AMI buildings going forward!

No change to the price. The max household income reflects the 2022 AMI. For example - max income for 1 person household was 108k now it’s 121k

I still haven't heard back after sending my additional documents. Was gonna follow up tomorrow so I will see what I can find out!

I had quite the scare this morning when I got a notification from Housing Connect that my application was rejected even though I submitted my additional documents last Saturday. It turns out that because I emailed my documents to them directly (as opposed to submitting on Housing Connect), Housing Connect thought I had neglected to submit them and automatically rejected me. I confirmed with the marketing agent over the phone that they received my documents and my application is still under review.

So looks like they're still taking time to review documents and running a different process than what is on Housing Connect!
