Sounds good! I was turned down about 2 months ago from a Haven Connect Apartment because I made a little too much.

I had to email them when they sent their notification. I am around the 80% ami.

THAT'S AWESOME! My friend is living in 180 Riverside market rate unit and the location is just perfect. It's a bit far from the subway tho but it's not a problem at all. I have my fingers crossed for you! And thanks for sharing the info cuz I've never heard of Haven connect until now...
