Has anyone applied for housing through Haven Connect and if so how long did it take for someone to contact you about your application?

Wow they are slow. I applied about 4 months ago. Haven’t heard if I’m even qualified for the ones I applied to since AMIs and income requirements aren’t listed.

Yea they aren’t you still get a log and if the management company feels you fall in line they will call you. I’ve done outside research on all the buildings I’ve applied to I no longer qualify as none are 130 ami. And you would def still qualify as I’ve seen you say your 80%

One last question, I noticed most of mine say status: active and stage : waitlist. There’s one where it says status : active . But there’s no stage listed. Have you seen that before on your applications ? Wondering if there’s any meaning behind it

I am on the waitlist for 3 buildings. I think that's just a generic thing to be wait-listed right away. I think the active portion may mean they are reviewing you or it could just still be you're on the waitlist and it's a glitch.

Okay ya that could also be it. I noticed it also won’t let me update my information. All the other buildings I’m on the waitlist for where my stage says waitlist. It lets me update my info. Guess I gotta be patient and see what happens
