$75/mo with all these amenities is awesome!!! $15/guest is okay too.
Yeah, my building is a bit pricey for the amenities fee but everything is there & kinda hard to compare with other buildings on what they offer, I'm spoiled! Also, we are allowed to bring 2-3 guests for free so no complain so far.
Actually for everything that it offers it's not bad at all. Considering for most buildings the fee is around $100, and sometimes to use the pool is an addition $500-700 per season, + the additional fees to bring guests
True! I'm particularly not fond with the seasonal charges to use outdoor swimming pool. They usually charge a hefty fee & yet, you still have to pay again to bring in guests, well, at least allow tenant to bring one guest for free so they won't be alone to enjoy the pool.

I was trying to say before that the summit is truly a lottery win cause not only you get all those incredible amenities, the location is great and you end up paying half what the MR people pay. When you get a place where the difference to MR in the area is just like a couple of hundreds, maybe 1k, it doesn’t feel like that big of a win. Of course, not saying I wouldn’t take that deal

Yes, I agree! Many 80/20's in Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn are a win/win!
When The Gilroy - 232 E 54th St. lottery reached out to me, the email said: *Amenities Included*- Gym, Roof Terrace, Tenants Lounge. The Gilroy is a very nice apartment building but too bad they don't have swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, & steam room.

Girl - you have a great deal too, your amenities are great AND your pool is inside so you have access year round. I wish the pool fee for mine was separate (I have no interest). I've heard three different numbers for the fee so will see. MR wont pay a fee for the amenities for the duration of their lease.
