Wow! No amenities fee for MR tenants at BC!!!

I heard MR tenants in my building pay nearly $2500/year for the amenities & there is pet fee too like around $1500/year per-pet.

Lottery tenants are lucky in my building, we got discounted on amenities fee & no pet fee at all to own a pet or two!

I've heard three different numbers for the fee so will see. MR wont pay a fee for the amenities for the duration of their lease.

When I won my unit I was at 120% AMI. Now I'm in between 130% & 165% AMIs.

Is 51st floor in your building already up & running? Three weeks ago they told me it will be opened by the end of August.

I know! I have no interest in the pool to be honest, but a heated rooftop like the Gilroy would be nice
Omg we sound so entitled here

Is the rooftop in your (future) apartment not a heated one? Or at least is there any fireplace?

There is a fireplace but half the roof is exposed and the area where the fireplace is is covered. I don’t see how that fireplace can heat up the whole roof
