I heard MR tenants in my building pay nearly $2500/year for the amenities & there is pet fee too like around $1500/year per-pet.
Lottery tenants are lucky in my building, we got discounted on amenities fee & no pet fee at all to own a pet or two!

I know! I have no interest in the pool to be honest, but a heated rooftop like the Gilroy would be nice
Omg we sound so entitled here
The rooftop in your (future) apartment is not a heated one? Or at least there is fireplace?
There is a fireplace but half the roof is exposed and the area where the fireplace is is covered. I don’t see how that fireplace can heat up the whole roof
