Just because log# have been issued does not necessary mean matters will be resolved soon after that. On the other hand, sometimes things move fast. At every stage there can be waits. Wait times are sometimes driven by the construction and permitting process with new buildings. They might wait until all construction and installations are finished, and all inspections and permits are done.
