There is another building that still has not filled all units (any units?) almost two years after the lottery closed. They took seven months just to issue log#s after the lottery closed in late 2021.
Just because log# have been issued does not necessary mean matters will be resolved soon after that. On the other hand, sometimes things move fast. At every stage there can be waits. Wait times are sometimes driven by the construction and permitting process with new buildings. They might wait until all construction and installations are finished, and all inspections and permits are done.
