So I finally got a response to my email and they replied I can expect my documents to be reviewed in 3-6 months time.

I was invited to a showing on Sunday as well. Log #2XX, 130% AMI. This building is crazy expensive.

I also toured this apartment just via a StreetEasy listing (not with NYC Housing Connect) back in January when the units first went on the market and the rent for studios was lower...unsure why these "affordable" units are more than the market rate.

I viewed 2 studio layouts and a 1br layout this weekend. The studios were absolutely tiny and I believe one of them had zero closets. Not worth the high price tag IMO.

How was the 1 bedroom? Do all units have a balcony? I saw a video tour and it looked like you couldn’t even sit on the balcony
