The 1 bedroom was pretty nice. The finishes weren't as high end as I've seen in other buildings. It seemed to have enough space for a queen bed. I don't remember if the 1br or studio was the one with the balcony, but yeah it wasn't deep enough to fit chairs out there.

anyone else hear back on submitting documents after the viewing? i just worked with the project manager to submit my docs to hpd but nervous and curious about the turnaround time since i know they're trying to fill the units asap

Are you applying to a 1000 Lorimer Street unit? If so, that’s the development name.

Hi! I was asked to submit documents which I did but none of the instructions included a TIC.

Does that mean they are still reviewing before they decide if they want to send a TIC? And also those we were requested to submit documents, how long before they reached out?

The TIC comes later in the process when they're certain you meet the requirements. You may go through a few rounds of sending documents before that point.
