And there is almost too much for kids to do here. And so much of it is free or low cost which is great for me. I also love the diversity and the fact that there are so many neighborhoods to choose from.

And hey, where else can you find 3 or more 24 hour bodegas in a 5 block radius? Run out of toilet paper? Have a craving for a candy bar at 2 am? No problem.
There are times that is a little thing's get me mad at the place and other times i love it when i'm standing the middle of Strand bookstore and going to alot of socalled hole in the wall food places that i love in the middle of the night to something to eat .

But if i never came to the city i would have met my current girlfriend and i have a wonderfull child because i came to city to work

The city is getting cleaner and many parts feels much safer than long ago. I love NYC and always will. Can't see my self moving away.

when you get to my age, the excitment goes away.

trust me on that.

back in the day when the city was really fun, not like the disney land it has become today.

at least I have the memories.............................

Heh no problem.

Yeah it was great in my teens and 20s. Now that I'm approaching 40s, I can't see myself staying here much longer. One of my brothers wants to leave also. My cousins already moved upstate years ago.
