You don't NEED a car, but I have to imagine it would be a huge pain in the ass without one.

The current list is good to feb 2016, so you guys will all get your list numbers around August/ September 2015, the first hires will come off this list around July 2016, so at best your waiting a little over a year from now, at worst your waiting 5 years from now cause the list will most likely expire early 2020

Hey fellas I hope you all did well on the exam. I have a quick question. I lost my yellow sheet with the answers which I was supposed to take home with me. Since the exam had us put our social security number on everything, I can't for the life of me remember if we had to put our social security number on the yellow sheet. Can anyone confirm if we had to put our social on the yellow take home answer sheet? I'm terrified someone might utilize my information for identity theft lol.

Yikes! It amazes me how the general public (people like torper) can give y'all crap, but be so clueless on what goes on behind the scenes. People like him wouldn't make a month on the job.

I said it before & I'll say it again, y'all deserve every penny.

The no schedule part stinks (no pun intended lol) I thought y'all got to pick similar to transit with seniority & the shift change that just blows.

It sounds way crappier than it actually is, in the beginning it's very crappy cause you have no seniority, once you get some time it steadys out.
