Thanks for the heads up but I never drink and drive and don't drink to get drunk. I'm just over analyzing it, which is good, IMO. Better to be safe than sorry.
BTW, for the residency credit. Are there any other steps besides just bubbling it in on the test?

Yeah, that's what I figured. I'll be fine then. I don't drink to get drunk and don't drink Sunday through Thursday.
Oh yeah, took the test at 9 A.M. No hyperbole, that was a junior high school test. Surprised there wasn't any math on it though.
Damn, not even some simple addition& subtraction questions? Well this is great for me then, the more & more I read this thread the more my confidence grows for this exam.

I'm not talking about dsny testing you. I'm talking about you being tested anytime anywhere even if you are not working. If you get in an accident or pulled over & asked to do a breathalyzer by a cop, you can't ever be more than 0.4 the 0.8 for the rest of the world without cdls does not apply to you.
The 0.4 is true, however in my experience the majority of cops I have come across either don't know the difference between the CDL and regular licence, or they choose not to enforce it. Either way I wouldn't want to take the chance.

I was told on good word that we are all being watched on the internet (here, Facebook Twitter etc) and they have a unit just to monitor it for any post that reflect the dept or the commissioner in a negative way. Luckily I only post good things! Lol
Out of the question. I only drink on the weekends and if the random alcohol test is testing for .04, that would mean you would literally have to drink right before work. I'll be fine.
Did you just say out of the question? As in you wouldn't be able to not drink even if it meant your job? FYI those Friday and Saturday nights you drink....you'll be at work lol. Well Fridays anyway, I suppose you can drink it up at 1am Sunday morning
