De Blasio vows to get rid of painted topless women in Times Square
Mayor Bill de Blasio said he will take action on the topless females in Times Square who charge tourists for photos.
^^I agree. But the main question for me is whether the City would be taking such a stance against topless men doing the same thing. Doubtful, which makes me be even more against de Blasio's position here.
My first instinct is to not care and to consciously avoid any uptight-ness about some naked breasts, but on second thought, they're out there doing it to hustle cash and prey on tourists so maybe they do need to move along.
no, you can't put a bra on it because that is not the law. law allows a woman to go barechested just like a man would. the naked cowboy is doing exactly what the ladies are doing except since 1995 from what i can remember. there's nothing deblasio should be able to do about this. thank goodness.
