Isn't the guy recording the video who is shouting repeatedly, "Kill em' right now!", inciting violence? As I recall that doesn't fall under protected speech and he showed his gloating face on camera. Have there been any repercussions yet?
When the London riots broke out city officials used video survelliance to identify individuals through facial biometrics to swiftly hunt down perpetrators and capture them so they didn't get away with their crimes. Their raids on the perpetrators were also simultaneously broadcasted like watching the COPS TV show.
I wonder what the NYC officials think of these kinds of incidents when they see it happening more frequently in public spaces and private businesses, and how they go about dealing with it. I never get to see the process. Just read the follow up a few weeks later that certain individuals were identified and charged.

Try doing this, wake up and work 10 hours a day and raise your kids the other 14 hours of the day. God forbid you pick up a book and read it every once in a while.

This is the worst of the worst. My daughter or the daughters of any I know, would not be caught dead around this sort. I already hate teenagers, but more than that, I hate angry, ignorant people who relish violence and soak in despair. I blame their parents wholly.
