This goes beyond stop and frisk. This is a parenting issue. He probably had parents that had no business having kids. I hope he had no kids; otherwise, the cycle will continue.
And this is why we need to start neutering the poor, drug addicts and criminals. There is no hope for these mother effers and they end up being low lives like their degenerate parents. Eff all of you pro-life son of a B**ches!!!
Let me correct you: Certain areas of the Bronx won't be doing any such thing. Don't condemn the entire borough as a cesspool, though most of it is with a handful of good areas that plenty of cops live in.
Plenty of NYPD and FDNY live in the non-pierrepont approved neighborhoods too.

The *non-approved* parts are the ghetto parts. Know of cops in Throggs Neck and Woodlawn. Can also say that Pelham Bay, Pelham Gardens, Morris Park, parts of Pelham Parkway and Kingsbridge are solid areas too. Country Club and City Island are obvious upper middle class areas, and Riverdale sits alone by itself being the wealthiest and nicest.
Is it a random attack. We know cops make ALOT of enemies. Testifying and locking people up. Why are people so shocked when a police officer dies? They are around criminals, criminals have no regard for anyone let alone someone in a uniform. I would never be a cop.
Too many repeat felons are left alive to commit more crimes.
It should be that three serious felonies are grounds for execution.
When you hear the history of these murderers, you see a history of recidivism.
The court system is a joke.
