Then 3 night shifts either 2400x0800

Negative , don't confuse the guy. You're confusing FP ( final processing ) with FBF . FP is a one day thing usually 2 weeks before start date, only lasts several hours it's not an all day affair. You'll definately be done before noon.
FBF training is 6-2 m-f with 3 days of a night shift doing relays.
