There's no such thing as most urban, or least urban - the area is either urban, or its not

You don't know what urban means.

One candidate is the oddly named East Elmhurst neighborhood.

One thing I could see is a stop for that dumb airtrain for laguardia to serve the neighborhood with a stop somewhere. Flushing Main Street is a sizable business district. Maybe they can pull what MBTA in Boston is thinking of with shorty traincar sets going on commuter rail lines—instead of a completely separated system, shorty airtrain car sets can end up running some of the way on the Port Washington Branch though you’ll probably need FRA waivers and eliminate grade crossings.

Woodlawn, Clason Point, Throgs Neck, Belmont, Morrisania, a bunch of areas in the Bronx where it's at least a 20 minute walk to a train station

Some suburban neighborhoods with subway access are Middle Village, Dyker Heights, Midwood, Bensonhurst, Howard Beach, South Ozone Park, Jamaica Estates, and Canarsie.

Howard Beach and Jamaica Estates are the most suburban out of those, most of the rest have too many rowhomes and multifamily to be suburban in my opinion.

Urbanity has levels. Woodhaven and Washingtom Heights are both urban neighborhoods, but I would argue that the latter is more urban

Woodhaven is probably the most urban neighborhood in Jamaica.

Highbridge is interesting since most of the neighborbood is not that far from subway stops, but its geography makes the walk to the stops longer and probably makes it feel more distant. Good candidate!
