I think my problem with heat exhaustion is primarily due to dehydration. I cannot stand drinking warm water so I don't carry a water bottle like the other 8,6 million New Yorkers.
It took a half hour before I was back to some semblance of normality.

Rest of Summer: Over 90 degrees and I am staying home except perhaps for a trip to Key Food IN MY COMPLEX.
Get some Poland Springs and stick them in the freezer overnight. During the walk to _______ you'll have an ice pack and by the time you take a trip back you'll have ice cold water to drink.

Similar to what is posted above: https://www.amazon.com/Coldest-Water.../dp/B07CQ3CKMR

I don't think it's that clunky. There might be a smaller one out there.

Sorry but you're missing the point. The issue is keeping ANY water cold while doing errands etc in a container that isn't bulky, heavy, etc. Freezing a normal size plastic water bottle might just do the trick.

That word is definitely defined by Philadelphia. People as close by as Baltimore or Northern NJ would typically have no idea...same with "Jawn", "Wooder Icess", or "iiight".

Hmm, well you've actually come to this thread to make a complaint, so you're a complainer too.

I ran a little over two miles today outside when it was around 96 before my workout in the gym (20 sets of legs/lower back) then after work I did a dry run of packing my car for an upcoming hunting trip. I may hate the heat, but I’m no wimp. Man up guys, this isn’t anything out of the ordinary.
