NJ is one of the most consistently liberal states in the country, and Christine was a RINO anyway

I definitely know you were being sarcastic, I was filling in the gaps for those who might not get "it". We're in agreement.

Thank God I don't live in neither of those 3 counties, but they have changed the political status of my home state from solid red to purple. I'm afraid Texas is next, as the influx of Californians is becoming worse than illegal immigration, from south of the border.

Can't you just fix your states? please
Sadly you're spot on. Sometimes I wonder if I am living in bizzaro world. I know NYS, NYC were "Democrat" however there was plenty of room for conservative/moderate Democrats, even Republicans (Staten Island, Southern Brooklyn, Northeastern Queens. Heck Roy Goodman (R-Manhattan) was elected from UES. Governor Pataki, Governor Rockefeller, Sen Javits, Sen D'Amato, Mayor Lindsay, Mayor Guiliani etc. All that has changed. It's not even Democrats, but rather "progressives" (Socialists) that are running the show now.

I think what you are saying about Florida, Texas is very true. In most instances it is white 'progreesives' who are moving to these places and absolutely wrecking them with regulations, taxes and other nonesense. I consistently vote Republican however I am a moderate in most areas, looking to elect officials who will work with the other side and get things done.

I have never feared for this Great country as much as I fear it right now. Even if Trump is re-elected, it may the last hurrah of conservatism on a national scale in these United States.

The only NYCers that are moving are largely the transplants that brought their liberalism to Manhattan. Those kids are just moving back.

The ones originally from NYC, and left for SoFla, or NEPA, or the burbs are the dorky liberals you see marking around for nothing.

Sure, lets flood FL with NYers and turn it from a Red to Purple (now) to Blue state. After that, Democrats will have a lock on the Presidency. We're headed in that direction anyway so you'll end up being correct.
