If Macys was thinking straight they would close their 34th Street store and move it to 125th

This makes a lot of sense. Proximity to Midtown isn't a thing anymore, and Manhattan is just less of a vibe post-pandemic.

It might even be a bit late at this point with all the momentum that it's picked up. But if not, the window will close fast.
