That would be bad news for NYS pilots. Currently according to the FAA, a pilot can lose their medical license for flying if they have a COVID19 vaccine.

The FAA doesn't want pilots to participate in COVID19 vaccine trials. Once the FDA approves vaccines, they will probably re-evaluate the situation.
