This family I know celebrates everything. They are a huge extended family and are big on birthdays. There is always someone having a party for something.
Do they always use these "parties" to pay their bills?
Wow. I don't think that family "celebrates" so much. They probably buy "invitations" by the pound. They sound more like grifters.
That's exactly what they are. I would bet that the "birthday gals" rent is covered by welfare. Or she is Section 8. This is just a scam to get extra money.

Ah, but the invitation said to send it to the apartment complex, not the daughter herself.
I'd have suggested that they use the party money to help support this grown woman and her multiple children. She can't even make the rent and they're throwing a grown adult a party that requires INVITATIONS?
This lady gave me an invitation to her daughter's birthday party. The daughter is young and had babies that she can't afford. The baby daddies aren't around to give any support.
On the bottom of the invitation, the mother wrote "In lieu of gifts, please contribute to the apartment rent and send check to ABC Apartment, 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA."
Multiple babies with multiple daddies yet everyone else should kick in to help pay for her bad choices. SMH.
