Thank you all for taking the time to share your opinions. Since my brother is doing well, I'll be stepping back now and let him work on it himself.

Sounds like he did changed for the better. He just recently gave a donation to an animal charity program.

I'm impressed. He went from a bully to now a good friend to my brother. I guess a ''come to jesus'' moment as someone else suggested before is all someone needs once.
