I said the same thing to people who voted in droves in 2004 about how disastrous 2008 would be under President Bush. Look what happened!

Dan, there is no more of a gun tottin fan than Jim Webb, former Sec. of the Navy and our senator here in VA. He is as pro second amendment as your going to find. He has Obamas ear and I wouldn't worry about it..said as much ... but you can.

Those of us that did not vote for him could have told you that in 2000 and saved the nation from this mess but hey what did we know, right....

Sore losers! (by the way, how comes there's a thumbs up smiley but not a thumbs DOWN smiley?). I'll give the McCain supporters a few days to ***** and moan, lick their wounds, etc., but after that they need to realize that the majority has spoken, they are obviously in the minority, suck it up and join the fight with the rest of the country. Complaining and re-hashing hateful rhetoric from the nasty side of an ENDED campaign will not bring about anything but high blood pressure.

Listen this guy is NOBODY and hasn't been around long enough to have sense of who he is washington, he is silly puddy to be molded by the liberals even further and not only will he appoint new justices and go after the 2nd Amendment but Biden will be there pushing him all the way...

Mark my words.............

I should re-post that on the Politics & Other Controversies forum. At the very least I'll post this for them:

I think it is in the hands of GOD. I don't like either one of them. I voted for one of them.. but I am still a believer that GOD will take care of us. Have faith my friends! Oh, who did I vote for? The Mack... Don't go yelling at me now... I was very very perplexed. My husband voted for Obama which is ok by me. Everybody has their right to pick who they want. I didn't want either one of them... geez!

Of course I won't yell at you. You're the rare McCain supporter that I respect now because you didn't flood City-Data last night with swearing, anger, resentment, boo-hissing, hissy-fits, name-calling, jabs, etc. I swear it's like watching Southerners get exorcisms on the Politics & Other Controversies forum! SHEESH!
