INJR I have had the same problem. I would not recommend Simplex to anyone. I have wavy walls and cheap wood, and doors that don't fix. I am very disappointed. The house cost $197,000. and is not worth half that. We won't even talk about how the roof blows off and the siding and parts that just end up on the ground when the wind blows. NY should require builders to be licensed but they don't.
