As my wife was traveling home from her job in the Leesburg area last evening, she encountered police activity at the Lovettsville Community Center. She said several police cars were at the community center with more driving around Lovettsville. Does anyone know what was going on?

Another murder perhaps? I don't know, but CRIME is a problem now up in Loudon County it seems.

Search CrimeReports.com I used the CrimeReports.com website to find there were two incident involving Theft last evening. In one case. destruction of property was also found to have occurred. There was also a theft reported on April 3rd as well. It appears we have a crime wave up in Lovettsville. It is probably one guy or the same group committing these crimes. Thanks for your "interesting" responses, B5

LOL. Just curious, are police officers really THAT much into doughnuts? Is what they show on TV really true?

If that's what constitutes a crime wave, then that's not too bad...

Also who doesn't like free donuts?

My Dad is a retired police officer. While I'm sure he may have had his share of coffee breaks to maintain his edge, I don't think donuts were a mainstay of his diet.

Getting back to topic, it seems that nowhere is immune to crime these, unless perhaps you live in a Beverly Hills-style gated community. Hopefully the authorities will catch the person(s) responsible for this soon.

Sounds like a kid is stealing stuff from the 7-11 or one of the construction workers there.

I had another thought. Perhaps Crazy Annie is again stealing coffee cream packets from the 7-11.
