Default Big Cedar Land Costs

Homes move pretty fast in this rural area. Amazingly, most buyers are from Texas; usually the Dallas area. You just need to be knowledgable about prices in the area or you can end up being stung for a big price. Land used to be $1000 or less an acre; now 3/4/5 K an acre or more; espcially if you get on the river. Electricty, phone, and rural water are available for much of the area but not all. Just do some research and ask the questions.
