Yep. OK has an annoyingly high number of toll roads, but at least there aren't as many booths and you don't have to wait as long at each one as in the Chicago area.

I recomend you look at the western part of the state. Enid is a good community with a lower crime rate than other citys its size. It has vocational schools and a college there. There are also some nice hospitals there. You may also look at some of the smaller towns surrounding enid with low population counts that usually are better areas to raise a family and still have a short commute to local shopping, and employment . Its always personal opinion when deciding what king of enviroment you want your children to grow up in.
