OHHHH! I get it. Yeah I agree with you, the light rail line should serve the suburbs, because that is exactly what they are made for. Street cars are typically meant for urban areas alone.

By the way, the population within the interstate loop is 29,891. This, however, does not include the additional 7,000 students from Creighton or, obviously, the hotel population.
