Looking to take a lady friend out for dinner. Want to spend between 100-160 on dinner for the both of us. I'm a vegetarian, she's not. Open to anything in the Omaha area. Ideas?

It sounds like you're looking for something with a bit more atmosphere so my suggestions are:
Downtown:
Flatiron
Boiler Room
V. Mertz

Out West:
Salt 88
Le Voltaire

Your drink choices will certainly impact your final bill.

I'm actually vegan and it's for ethical reasons

Thanks. I saw Flatiron last night on Yelp after the previous poster suggested I look there. Seemed to have some good dishes that looked vegan. I'll check out your other suggestions too.
