Thanks, but its not my fault the gay topics are ruined by the many who do not like gays. They are the ones that do the name calling and take the thread off topic. I think Benson would be a really great place. They do seem to have a lot of open space available. I do have a really nice link to website with a list of some gay-owned franchises that would be some great choices for that area, too!
