What do you do with them in Irvine ?

Maybe it's the fact that OC is like a bowl of cereal...
What isn't fruits and nuts is flakes.
That and the whining,

Maybe that's why everyone is exiting California
My point was California has far more dramatic scenery then Texas. You brought up Hill Country for Dallas so I brought up all the mountains of California.

Not everyone is exiting California. Only the poor and rednecks are. That's fine. We don't need poor people here anyway. There are plenty of Texans relocating to California too. Don't believe me? I can find some threads for ya.

Oceans attract bugs ?

Ever heard of Earthquakes, Fires ....

PCH, and almost the entire coast are BEAUTIFUL.
but from 5 miles in, and the REST of the state are flat
farm lands, with hicks, red necks .... the works

Drive up to Bakersfield, straight up I-5
Nothing but farms
Riverside, San Bernadino, Barstow...spookey !!!
What a DUMP, the majority of that State is !

What's so great about the Pacific Ocean ?

It's freezin cold, not many people are in it.

Don't see many boats on it. It's pretty rough, need a Large Boat.

Not a lot of jet ski..

Ever see the lake around here ?

Kayaks, jetskis, boats, swimming .....

The Atlantic is a better Ocean

Uh Texas not only gets humidity and hot weather, but they get TORNADOS and HURRICANES. Both of which happen far more than major fires or major earthquakes.

aww it looks like I have hit a nerve with a Texan....

5 miles in? really?

Lake Tahoe, California

Redwoods, California

Yosemite National Park

Big Bear, California

Anza Borrego, California

Yup, it's dumpy and flat alright!

And you may want to stay at the elevation,
Drill down, and it's filthy dust bowl.

Texas is ONE HUGE DUSTBOWL. Hill Country is pathetic compared to the beauty of California.

The last picture looks barren because it's in a desert but the point was that even in the desert we have mountains and hills higher than those in "hill Country"

You are just trying to come up with any excuse you can. Just admit it. You feel inferior.

Why would those boats be docked there if they weren't used?
