Talking HEY!!!! Stop pimping my home!!!!

Nice house . Great area ! I'm guessing that $3.5MIL won't be the sold price though. I'm guessing higher. Especially since they started out in June at $1,999,000, then in July went to $2,999,000, then in August went to $3,500,000 before getting an offer. Besides the fact they're accepting back up offers, which is smart, but means the offer they got ain't what they wanted (imho ).

Anyways, thanks for sharing the link ! It's always fun to dream !!!

25k square foot home in San Clemente, maybe if it falls out of escrow you can swoop it up

A friend of mine who works for westjet airlines spent some time and had dinner with kobe bryant in his family in his home in newport beach, apparently kobe is concerned about the grass in his place growing awkwardly, how cool is that? and who knew kobe lived in newport beach?

How can someone who can afford a $3M home, not know how to find the property tax rate for a county he is considering living in?

What does "bang" mean?

think of bang for buck as say the difference between a $3m 1977 construction tear down property in Beverly Hills versus a $3m house in Laguna Niguel built in 2006, not necessarily that extreme but you get the picture

Actually I don't completely get the picture but many other things might need to be considered: commute, neighbors, topography (hilly winding streets with great views of the ocean aren't the best place for kids to play for example), distance from amenities, taxes, hazard zones, cultured/demographics, schools.

You can get a home on Huntington Harbor and have plenty left for a boat!
