No you're not wrong. Thats the affordability ceiling. We're starting to plateau. It's because we are running out of people who can afford these high prices. Which means the market is hopefully starting to stabilize. At this point it's a matter of the seller wanting to sell bad enough that they accept a lower offer if they want to sell. If not they wait for the buyer who will pay their price. If prices go down and they want to sell they will need to adjust the asking price. Homeowners are historically uneillingbtomlower prices even when shown prices are decreasing
If Trump gets impeached watch the market take a giant poop

Won't happen. Feinstein admitted 2 times, months apart, there is NO evidence presented that involves Trump or anyone else. Last time to Wolf Blitzer on CNN and he wasn't happy with the answer.

https://www.google.com/search?q=fein...utf-8&oe=utf-8

Phony story that will be allowed to run until everyone sees it is false and the False Media will invent another story and Drag the DNC along by its leash.

He just need to pass the tax reform and the economy will get a huge bump. We will see 10 years of prosperity or more. That will drive the OC real estate even higher.

LOL, Look at what Bush's tax reform did to America. Thanks to Obama, the Economy is recovering. So much so that even Repubs are giving Trump credit for the Growth in his first 3 months as President. And Trump didn't do anything yet. LOL

Oh no, not Obama again. Check the job growth with benefits, very little.

Prices are artificially high due to low rates and low inventory. Prices will eventually retract back but who knows how much or when. With that said, buy if you plan to make it your home. If you're buying hoping to sell for a huge profit in the near future, I wouldn't take that bet. I'm looking for a home and I've been outbid so far. I'm not willing to overpay at today's prices. Buy what you can comfortably afford, don't stretch yourself out. As for the political discussion going on, people live in their own bubble nowadays. They watch the news that caters to their own beliefs. Trump=Fox, Obama=CNN. Trump firing the FBI director that is investigating whether or not you were involved in colluding with the Russian govt doesn't look good. No smoking gun so far but Comey hasn't spoken publicly since his firing.

Trump probably is blackmailing him. Didn't Trump warn Comey about some type of convo being recorded.

It will be back & forth between him and the Dems, the stock market will reflect the ups & downs battle. If the Tax Reform looks like in danger the market will sink. I plan to buy on the dips.
