ORLANDO, Fla. -- Wednesday night, Orlando police, with the help of K-9 units, arrested two teenagers for breaking into a school. Officers were called to Shingle Creek Elementary when the burglars tripped a sound-activated alarm system.

Investigators said Gabriel Berroa gave wine to a girl he was baby-sitting, WESH 2 News reported.

ORLANDO, Fla. --
A circus performer who helped more than 800 foreigners enter the United States illegally was sentenced to more than one year in prison on Wednesday.
A federal judge sentenced Kristo Ivanov, of Orlando, to 15 months in prison after he pleaded guilty last month to charges of inducing illegal aliens to enter the United States and making false statements in visa applications.

Police Chase Lands Officer In Pond

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An Orlando police officer couldn't be stopped on Thursday morning as he chased three people.
Officer Jose Santelises ended up underwater in a retention pond at the corner of Lee Vista and Semoran Boulevard, WESH 2 News reported.

'Band-Aid Bandit' Jury Begins Deliberation

TAMPA, Fla. -- A federal jury began deliberating on the case of a man authorities call the "Band-Aid Bandit," a stickup artist who
robbed 39 Florida banks in about five years.
Authorities said Rafael Angel Rondon used adhesive bandages and makeup to hide a distinctive mole on his left cheek.
