Only the news. I feel like I need to know a little about what's going on, but they are so sensationalistic I can't stand it.
Other than that, it's rare for me to watch any TV.

Today's Question:

Do you have a item(s) that you will only use the National Brand not the Store Brand? I only use the national brand for a lot of things. I can't even think of something where I would just get the store brand.

Are there items where you prefer the Store brand over the National brand ?

Extra Credit Question:

OK fess up

Is there a TV show you keep watching even though you may say, "Why do I watch this" ? No, because I give up on those shows pretty quickly. I may have reached that point on Ice Road Truckers, though. Same thing over and over and I think I will quit watching.

I prefer national brands in general, but sometimes I will go store brand on most items except coffee, seasonings, Vanilla or cold cereal. I keep watching Young and the Restless and I question why all the time. No, charm bracelets. I have not started Christmas shopping and forks likely get the most use. Happy good morning right back to u Karla and aLLyaLL .

Today's Question:

Do you have a item(s) that you will only use the National Brand not the Store Brand?

Not really. About the closest I come to doing this is with corned beef. The corned beef you get at a regular butcher shop is so much better than any store branded

Are there items where you prefer the Store brand over the National brand ?
For some unknown reason, I really prefer Safeway Select ginger ale over the national brands

Extra Credit Question:

OK fess up

Is there a TV show you keep watching even though you may say, "Why do I watch this" ?
If I am really bored I will often watch TV shows which I normally would never watch. A couple months ago I actually watched Teletubbies dubbed in German.

Bonus Question:

Ladies: Did or do you have a charm bracelet ?

Men: Do any of the ladies in your life have a charm bracelet ?
There are ladies in my life? How come no one tells me these things?

Just for Fun:

Ok it is 6 months till Christmas, has any here started their shopping already ?

I will probable wait til late Nov or early Dec to do my shopping. I use to hate Christmas shopping. I would wander the malls with the "deer in the headlights" look on my face for weeks without finding any presents. About 10 years ago I developed a system for buying presents. Now it only takes me a couple hours to buy the 20 to 40 presents I give to family members.

Which utensil gets the most use in your home ?
probably the spatula I use for grilling.
