have to go for my office at 9:30am, so its probably 7 O'clock when I wake up. Quite early for me :P

Man that sucks! Hope you don't fall asleep during court.

Actually, I don't take enough time of sleep during night these days.
But, I would say:

No problem to start your day too early if you got enough sleep.

So, you should interested in going to bed early if u have to wake up early.
BUT
Pay attention to the importance of getting enough time of sleep for your brain, health and ability to do your work.

I guess my day began about 3:30 Am... I wish I could have slept in then I would not be up with attitude and no one to direct it at.
