I wake up 7 hours after I went to bed the night before. Often to the minute, but almost always within 10 minutes. I've always been like that, except I used to need 8 hours.

Bedtime is generally around midnight, so my day starts at 7am.

I start my day at 5am. The kids are still in school and the younger kids get up at 6:30. Work for me starts at 8 and I usually leave home for work at 7:30.

I was up by about seven minutes before six and that is kinda of a late start for me and I have been running late every since. DBl-r U beat me this morning
