No alarm clock here..I am self employed and work from home..so unless I need to go out to see a client, I do not worry about the time I get up!!

Seems lately it's an automatic 4 or 4:30AM-why I don't know. But hit the coffee pot and enjoy my quiet time. Usually have housework done, showered and dressed by 8AM. Makes for a long day.

Feel your pain, Im always up before 5am without an alarm clock ever goin off...

I got up at Noon today. I went to bed too late last night. I've got to try to get to bed early tonight as I have company coming early tomorrow.
