Chipped ham & cheese on a bagel. Couldn't have that without lays.

Actually had grapefruit this morning, and I hadn't had one in years. Slightly bitter, but good eating.

I had happiness in a cup. Coffee with a strong bean- hard, brash flavor and I got enough. Expresso it is the bomb...

Rice Crispies today. I didn't eat the banana though, was an odd hole down the center...didn't want to find any critters in there...
