I know. I think I am getting arthritis in my fingers. They have been really bothering me for a couple of weeks. I can't get my good ring on anymore

When most of the mail beyond bills is from AARP, and adverts for hearing aids, and long term care insurance. Makes one so happy to go to the mailbox everyday.

Want to take naps on Saturdays
Look forward to bed at 8-10 to watch tv and unwind

cant read the paper at all with out glasses

dont have the energy to go in a million diff directions on the weekend anymore


look forward to the holidays for the holidays not the gifts but being around friends and family

really saying good bye to people when you leave the home not just a casual good bye

worrying about retirement in the depression
finding myself wondering shouldnt i be making more money at this point in my life

wondering if this is all i am ever going to amont to
now i am depressed
