Good morning everyone and happy Saturday.

What day do you think will be "The Day" !! Monday. That is such a bad day for so many people. What a good day for a baby to be born.

How many of those fabric tote bags do you have hanging around your home ?
I have 1 tote that I use for library books and magazines.

The "See The Sates Fairy" is stopping by to pick you up Oh yay.

What is one State you have never been to that you will be first on your list ?
Maine because it is closer and then to Alaska. Sorry I had to pick 2 because I've always wanted to really really go to both places.

What is your favorite "I eat it because it is good, not because it is good for me" treat ? Ice cream.

How many of those fabric tote bags do you have hanging around your home ? We have several mainly because my wife made too many 3 years ago. She sewed over 60 of them for everybody at the family reunion that year.

The "See The Sates Fairy" is stopping by to pick you up

What is one State you have never been to that you will be first on your list ? Hawaii

Hmm, let's see. First babies are often a bit reluctant to make their grand entrance, so I'll say Friday, August 14.

Bonus Question:

How many of those fabric tote bags do you have hanging around your home ?

At least a dozen, likely closer to twenty. We use them for grocery bags, take them to the Farmers' Market, carry things on trips and all sorts of other uses.

Do any have vacation destinations on them ?

We've got several that we picked up at science fiction conventions. There's one from WorldCon in San Antonio in 1997, one from WorldCon in Chicago in 2000 and a couple that we got at WisCon in 2007. The rest are just plain canvas bags.

Extra Credit Question:

The "See The Sates Fairy" is stopping by to pick you up

What is one State you have never been to that you will be first on your list ?

Sanity. Oh, you mean geographically... Well, my mom spent a summer in Alaska back in the 90s and just raved about how beautiful it was, and I've wished ever since that I could visit there too.

What State would you like to revisit ?

(No "state of confusion" doesn't count lol see how well I know some of you )

Now, see, Karla, that one wouldn't have occurred to me, because I don't need to visit there - I live there already. As for a geographical state to visit, I'd like to spend some time in New York, both the city and the state.

Corn chips with my home-made guacamole. Home-made chicken-fried steak. Home-made pie. Ice cream. I could go on like this for a loooooong time!

Anyone going to a Garage sale today ?

Nope, not me. Not a fan of garage sales, and anyway I've got to go in to work to spend some time working on entity income statements today.
