Law and Order SVU episode "Selfish" is the best episode I have seen its about a mother not vaccinating and then her child killing another child. Watch it online if you get a chance!

sounds interesting! I'll set the DVR. Edit: I can't find the TV listing.

Got our first snow for the year this afternoon.

Not that anyone cares, but the update from the doctor is as follows:

Like some of you suspected, he thinks I have allergies.

He gave me prescriptions for allegra, one of those nose sprays, a steroid taper, and a chest xray (just to check the lungs which he says sound fine).

And he wants me to see an allergist for the indepth needle allergy testing.

He did a blood allergy test a few years ago (mild mold allergy), but he thinks that I should get the better test done since I get so sick every fall.

After seeing the huge difference allergy shots made for my son, I'm excited at the opportunity to get allergy shots for myself!

Ahhh...! Another reason I won't miss the Dish. (We ditched everything a few months back - no paid t.v.).

We do care!

Well I hope they get to the bottom of it. You can start feeling better again. Seems the older we get the more things like this develop. Hate getting older.

That needle allergy testing is pretty interesting...did that with DD this summer....

IDK that I'd be looking forward to the shots but it certainly looking forward to a decrease in symptoms for sure! Hope it all works out....

That's funny - haven't thought about that routine in years and then someone also quoted her over the weekend!

Did you get a lot of snow? We got a couple inches down here...DS's car doors froze shut...LOL...DH had to take him to school so he wouldn't be late....he forgot to allow extra time on cold/snowy days for scraping and dealing with frozed doors!
