Hee! Yeah, you know how Philadelphia is: the distance between a "good" neighborhood and a "bad" one is only a block or two. I live sandwiched between $750,000 townhouses and the projects. I know which streets to avoid, and for the most part I never feel unsafe. I'm pretty sure I can handle downtown Phoenix.
