Hello, Does anyone know of a safe, quiet hotel in N Scottsdale or N Phoenix that is $200-$300/week? The extended stay ends up being around $433/week, which is a bit too high for our budget. Even further north would be okay. Any ideas? Thank you!

I live in NE Phoenix and I am not sure you could find one for that rate a night let alone a week. See if other folks chime in.

lol.... someone mentioned in another thread about the Motel 6 in Tempe. I found one on 1612 N Scottsdale Road.
Also found an Intown Suites in Gilbert at 2350 West Obispo Avenue.
Any ideas on these areas?

Thanks for your help!

I know there is a Motel 6 right next to Scottsdale Fashion Square (I read in AZ biz Journal; they just remodeled) check out motel6.com and search by property number. I think it's #29 and the address is, 6848 E Camelback Road

There is also a Days Inn adjacent to Fashion Square: scottsdaledaysinn.com

These are are probably your best bet in terms of your budget and safety requirements... good luck.

Gosh, at that price point, I would certainly not be looking in the North Phx / North Scottsdale area. Good luck to you

Yes, this is the best bargain in Scottsdale and one of the best locations too - however, it's still going to probably be $90 or so a night...perhaps much more... I paid $70 a night when I moved here and it was in Sept during off peak season...

murphy2823 - The Days Inn or the Motel 6 will work for us. The crime stats were much better there than any other areas that we looked at & we don't need anything fancy. Thanks very much!
