It is not political, it is the reality of life in Phoenix. Sadly, we don't have a good white trash area here where you can cook meth while listening to Brooks and Dunn on your neighbors' car radio.

i understand what your trying to say, phoenix is no los angeles, boston, new york or chicago, but it still doesnt make my points invalid.

you also portrayed the white trash equivalent of the negative light i put hispanics under. i acknowledge they exist. It's the numbers and ratio and likelyhood that im talking about.

Segregation isn't necessarily a BAD thing as it tends to keep away certain types of people away from others. It is no longer legal to have segregated schools but we still do because usually the desirable school districts are in upper-income areas (aka Economic Segregation). To me color is not a factor as long as the people I live by are educated and take care of their property. My area is heavily dominated by whites with a few asian and black families living here also. I have yet to see a hispanic family who lives here, maybe a few do but not that I have noticed. I don't think we should condemn the poor guy for trying to find a safe area for his family to live...

Wow Ponderosa you are on a roll. I in no way indicated that Goodyear did not have flush commodes. The area they are from has problems with water and disposal yes most I worked with are from South of the border and I am surprised Sherrif Joe has not raided the place.

After reading this thread, I completely agree with you. I too will be moving to Phoenix shortly, and all I want is to be in a safe environment.

Then be prepared to pay for it. Don't going buying a foreclosure for 1/3 of what it cost to build and expect the neighborhood to amount to anything 5-10 years down the road. Ask who else can afford that house at that price. Do you want to live with them?

We can shoot just about whomever we want here too. But we can't shoot em in the back when they are running away like you can in Texas.

Hispanic guys who own business and such don't bother paying taxes since they are usually illegal, they can actually afford to live in nice houses, when I live in Anthem there was tons of Hispanics.
