Ah well, it's all over now. Pitchers report to spring training in about a month or so...Let's go Bucs!

Its the Steelers, not the Chargers. However, comparing similar teams, the Dolphins beat the Pats a week after beating the lowly Steelers and they couldn't even beat the Jets yesterday at home in a near "do or die game". Had they got in and had to face them again would they beat them? Anything's possible, however, the smart money says no.

I certainly hope Bob starts spending some money for some MLB talent. Its looking like the past is going to repeat itself if that doesn't start to happen.

LET'S GO BUCS!

So now 8-8 is "lowly"? Well, for Steelers standards it certainly is, but for NFL standards, it's average.

You're right. 8-8 is average.

What was the Steelers record before the Dolphins game? Was is average or below average?

the pats have a trend of "if they lose a game, its always including a division rival, mainly the fins".

also doesn't help that the dolphins always end up choking when they need a win. they could've won it and go to the playoffs, but nope. lose to the jets.

Typical. Much like the Cowboys. Romo instead of Orton, I'd have betted the same outcome.

Over the past few seasons I see Rooney trending to the same, however, not so candid and high profile attitude of Jerry Jones. Too much player personnel and team gameplay involvement.

Didn't you read what he said? He said they couldn't beat any of the 5 teams in the playoffs. You seem to think "Lots of bad teams beat better teams ever week". So go tell him.
