Yes that part of Shadyside you're talking about is very Old Money-ish Rich and Family Orientent. Once you cross over Aiken to the East though it becomes Very Yuppyish and Singles Life, this is where the pulse of Shadyside lies... Aiken Ave is really the border of two different Shadyside's.
