It's real. What we are, have, do, is authentic.and in that lies the beauty
and also the frustration of the place. As a community we move forward slowly,
very slowly, but the kindness, and the grace, in all the corners, makes it
great.

The terrain, both good and bad.

Bad as it makes getting around certain areas, especially unfamiliar areas, difficult. Good because it creates distinct, unique neighborhoods.

Good: the architecture.

Bad: the long, gradual decline of the city.

Good.....beautiful neighborhoods with walkable shopping and dinning districts that eliminate the use of a car.

Bad........early 1900's state of mind that keeps the city from blooming in to the metropolitan force it should be.

Good: relatively affordable centrally-located historic walkable neighborhoods;

Bad: a few too many locals looking backwards and not forwards.

Good: The educated people

Bad: Bad weather, Old beat up houses that are "affordable" yet needing $200k in repairs, lack of open space/flat land
