If you told me that walking up to someone and blowing smoke in their face should be banned, I'd agree. Otherwise, let's mind our own business. The only thing worth banning is banning.

You probably don't know because you are a smoker, I am assuming, and you are so used to it by now, but I used to clean sandpit buckets with cigarette butts in it, and I tried to hold my breathe but still could taste and smell it even though all of the butts were out. Its not hard to breathe in cigarette smoke.

My dad used to smoke almost a pack-a-day and still smokes (albeit less) now. He recently turned 50. People are often surprised to hear that, because he looks maybe 40.
Except for the fact that anal sex rarely makes its way out of the house, unlike cigarette smoke. :P Now if anal sex somehow expelled things out of the house, I wouldn't be fine with that.
This topic is about smoking, period. In the house or outside. If Cigarettes are illegal, then you cannot do smoking even in your home.
If your lo gic is that cigarettes should be banned because they are bad for you, then anal sex should be banned. Anal sex is harmful inside or outside of your house.
Because it's not the law's job to tell us what's good for us?
