Sorry, but the 14th Amendment makes no such distinction.

1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Nor has a single Supreme Court ruling on the subject.

Wrong.

Native Americans were not citizens at all because they were citizens of their own nations and not "subject to the jurisdiction" of the US.

Black slaves were not citizens at all because they were black slaves.

Neither condition had anything to do with the citizenship of their parents.

**** the Birthers. They are NEVER going to support or believe President Obama, NEVER.

Two CONSERVATIVE Supreme Court Justices has told them nicely **** you, your claims are NOT valid and a waste of judicial time and money and were nice enough uphold a fine of $20,000 imposed by a lower court for their trouble.

The expression "Stuck On Stupid" describes the Birthers perfectly.

So **** them. Let them believe what they want to and be mired in their own ignorance.
